Contra~Indications

In order to look after the wellbeing of our customers, there will be instances where we will be unable to perform the treatment due to certain 'contra-indications'.  This could be due to medications that you may be taking or due to a medical or skin condition. A full assessment will be made during the initial consultation and each client will be considered individually. In some instances it may be that the treatment is not right for you at the present time but maybe feasible later on. 

Below is a list of the most common contra-indications when considering Microblading :~

~Active Eczma, Dermatitis or Psoriasis

~Severe Acne 

~Scar Tissue such as Keloid Scaring

~Raised Birth Mark(s)

~Vitiligo

~Epilepsy

~Diabetes

~Uncontrolled Blood Pressure

~Haemophilia

~Active Skin Cancer

~Transmittable Blood conditions such as HIV, Aids or Hepatitis

~Certain prescribed drugs such as Warfarin or Apirin

The skin must not be in the inflammatory process or in the healing and regeneration process prior to treatment. The following treatments are therefore not recommended 30 days prior the treatment:~

~botox and fillers
~fruit or milk acids
~laser treatments
~chemical peelings

~exposure to strong sunlight

We regret that we will not be able to treat anyone under the age of 18 years,

clients that are Pregnant or Nursing.

*It is against the law to treat anyone under the age of 18 so please don't be offended if you get asked

for some form of ID in order to prove your age :)
